Homemade Crispy Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Who does not love Pizzas? Sadly they are not always the healthiest food to eat but isn't it like a dream come true if we can make healthy and guilt-free pizzas so we can devour them without counting them as a cheat meal?
Healthy Homemade Tomato and Spinach Three Cheese Cauliflower Crust Pizza Recipe
Check out this Homemade Healthy Tomato and Spinach Three-Cheese Pizza here- with homemade Crispy Cauliflower Crust! Completely Grain-Free and Low Carb - and it tastes AMAZING. Super crunchy and cheesy and because it is made with cauliflower, the flavor is even richer than traditional pizzas I am in loveeeee with it!
For this pizza, we used Homemade Tomato Sauce, Baby Spinach, as well as the three healthiest cheese Ricotta, Cottage and Feta. But of course, you can have any toppings you wish - I also give some other examples below that we made before with Organic Whole Wheat Pizza Base.

Small Cauliflower x 1
Whole Egg x 1
Garlic x tsp
Parmesan Cheese x 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese x 1/4 cup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Tomato and Spinach Three-Cheese: Spread Homemade Tomato Sauce onto the Pizza Base, then in a bowl, mix Ricotta, Cottage and Feta cheese together and spread the cheese mix onto the Tomato Sauce. Have it baked in the oven (see directions below) and add Baby Spinach on top after it is out of the oven.
Spinach and Cheese: Heat up Garlic, Onion, Baby Spinach and a small handful of Cilantro in the pan, spread Mozzarella Cheese onto the Pizza Base, followed up the Spinach mix, and then sprinkle more Mozzarella on top of the mix.

Mushroom and Tomato:
Spread Homemade Tomato Sauce on top of the Pizza Base, and then arrange Chopped Raw Mushrooms, Chopped Raw Bell Peppers, Chopped Raw Tomatoes on top. Have it baked in the oven (see directions below) and add Baby Spinach on top after it is out of the oven.

Blend raw cauliflower in a food processor into small bits. Then heat it up in the microwave for 7-8 minutes. Let it cool down and then strain it with a piece of cheesecloth - get rid of the excess water from the cauliflower bits as much as you can until you can not squeeze out anymore water.
Preheat the oven to 200C. In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower bits with egg, garlic, cheeses, salt & pepper. Grease a pizza pan with olive oil and line it with parchment paper. Then scoop out the mix and spread it into a pizza-base shape onto a pizza pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, and then add the toppings that you want (can be one of the options from above), and bake for 5 more minutes. TA-DAH, your very healthy and completely guilt-free Cauliflower Crust Pizza is now ready!

    1. Thank you so much Cindy! I am happy to hear that you are from Hong Kong too. I personally do not have many friends here who lead the same kind of lifestyle that I do, so I am excited to hear when I see girls from Hong Kong also doing the same! (:
